Benefits include:

 DDRC Requirements:

• Be physically fit to ride - if you’re not sure, check with your doctor.

• Wear an ANSI approved helmet at all times while riding.

• Ride a mechanically sound bike - if you’re not sure, ask the mechanics at Sabino Cycles

• Carry at 2 spare tubes that fit your bike

• Carry any tools needed to change your flat -tire irons, wrenches, hammer, etc.

• Bring 2 water bottles for each ride.

• Join other members at least occasionally for a post ride bagel.

 I do hereby attest that I am in the appropriate physical condition to participate in DDRC club rides.  I hold neither DDRC club (“The Club”), its members, ride participants, ride organizers or club sponsors liable for any physical injury or property damage that may result from my participation in DDRC club rides.  I alone am responsible for my own actions and my safety.  I have read and signed the Release and Waiver of Liability below and am returning it with my yearly membership dues.

WAIVER RELEASE & ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

  In consideration of The DooDah Road Club, hereafter known as “DDRC” or "The Club", and its sponsors allowing me to participate in any scheduled or non-scheduled club event, I hereby waive, release & discharge DDRC, its sponsors and it's owners, officers, event leaders, volunteers, employees, organizers, and participants from any and all liability arising from or carelessness of the above-names.  I understand that my bicycle needs to be in suitable and safe condition for my participation in any rides lead by DDRC.  Leaders have a right to ask me to leave the ride if they feel my bicycle is unsafe and will put other riders lives at risk or feel uncomfortable with me on the ride.  I also understand that leaders and sweepers are not responsible for me once I leave the group or do not finish the ride with the group.  I am in good physical condition and I am able to complete the rides I participate in.  I agree to wear a helmet and to obey all traffic laws at all times.  A parent or guardian must accompany children under 16 on any ride or club event, also the adult must sign next to the child's name to confirm their responsibility.  I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms and agree that it shall be binding on my heirs and assigns.  I consent to emergency care if injured or ill.
